Ordering & Payment

Is payment on the website secure?

Yes. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption for 100% secure card payments. We also accept PayPal, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking link. Just click "Track My Order" and scroll down the tracking page for the full delivery history.

No worries if this email takes a few days to arrive. Please make sure to use the same email address you ordered with, otherwise the order will show as "not found."

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you'd like to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be in preparation or shipping.

To modify, include all the details in your email: the item or colour to change, anything to add, etc.

Can I change the delivery address?

If you made a mistake or want to change your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the exact change needed.

Once an order has shipped, we can no longer modify the address. If an order is lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, Maison Loria cannot be held responsible and no refund will be possible.

Where do I add my discount code?

You can enter your discount code on the checkout page — the same page where you fill in your shipping details. The "discount code" field appears:

  • At the top and bottom of the page on mobile.
  • On the right side of the page on desktop.
My discount code isn't working

If the code shows as "invalid", check that it's entered exactly as given, including uppercase letters. If it's a code you received by email (such as a welcome code), make sure you use the same email address in the checkout contact field.

Do you offer a warranty? What if my item arrives damaged?

Absolutely. If your piece arrives damaged, your parcel appears lost, or the item doesn't meet your expectations, simply send us an email and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

If you're not satisfied with your order, just email us at contact@maisonloria.com. To speed things up, please include your order number.

How can I contact customer service?

Have a question or need help? Email us at contact@maisonloria.com — we aim to reply within 24 hours. Please use a single channel and bear with us during busy periods.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Once your order is placed, our team does its best to dispatch it within 48–72 hours. Delivery then takes 5 to 12 business days depending on your location. You'll be kept updated by email, and you can follow your parcel anytime via "Track My Order."

Can I have my order delivered to a pickup point?

Not at the moment — we only deliver to home addresses. Please provide an address matching the name on your mailbox. In case of failed delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Maison Loria cannot be held responsible and no refund will be possible.

Why was my order shipped in multiple packages?

If you order several pieces, each item may ship from a different warehouse depending on availability — this way each one reaches you as quickly as possible.

Where are Maison Loria orders shipped from?

To keep delivery times short, we ship from partner warehouses across Europe and internationally, depending on stock availability.

Each Maison Loria piece is crafted from carefully selected materials chosen for their finish, comfort and durability. Details on materials are listed on every product page so you always know exactly what you're buying.

How do I care for my Maison Loria pieces?

Our pieces are made to last with minimal upkeep. Wipe them gently with a soft, dry cloth, store them in their pouch or case when not in use, and avoid harsh chemicals or prolonged exposure to heat.

Where are Maison Loria pieces designed?

Maison Loria is designed in Europe and produced with trusted manufacturing partners, with the same attention to detail across every piece in the collection.

Are Maison Loria pieces sold anywhere else?

Our collection is available exclusively on our official website. This lets us guarantee authenticity and give every customer the best possible experience.
