Shipping Policy – Maison Loria
SHIPPING
All orders placed with Maison Loria will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout using the shipping method selected by the customer.
If you need to modify your delivery address, you must contact us on the same day your order is placed. Once an order has entered processing, address changes may no longer be possible. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are between 5 and 12 business days, depending on the destination and local carrier conditions.
We offer free shipping on orders over $70 USD. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Please note that during promotional periods, holidays, and peak shopping seasons (including Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and similar events), delivery times may be extended due to increased order volume.
Maison Loria will always make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery. However, delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier disruptions, customs processing, strikes, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen events, do not qualify for refunds or order cancellations.
REFUSED DELIVERIES
If a customer refuses a package upon delivery without a valid reason related to a product defect or order error, Maison Loria reserves the right to deduct shipping and handling costs from any refund issued.
ITEMS MARKED AS DELIVERED
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.
However, Maison Loria cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or received by third parties after the carrier has confirmed successful delivery. This includes deliveries accepted by family members, neighbors, reception desks, mailrooms, or building management. In such cases, refunds or replacements may not be available.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and valid shipping address.
If delivery fails due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer, Maison Loria is not responsible for any resulting loss or delay. Additional shipping fees may apply if a reshipment is requested.
We recommend using a residential address and ensuring that the recipient's name matches the name displayed on the mailbox, building directory, or receiving location.
Deliveries to lockers, PO boxes, retail stores, restaurants, shopping centers, or other third-party locations may carry a higher risk of delivery issues. Customers who choose these delivery options do so at their own responsibility.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information and delivery details.
All orders placed through Maison Loria include a tracking number, allowing customers to monitor their shipment throughout the delivery process.
Delivery estimates are calculated based on business days only and do not include weekends or public holidays.
DELIVERY DELAYS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team. We will be happy to investigate the issue with the carrier and provide any available updates regarding your shipment.
