We pack and send your order within one to two working days. From there it reaches you in roughly 5 to 12 business days, depending on where in the world you are.

A bag should feel right the moment you pick it up.

If yours doesn't, you have a full 30 days from the day it arrives to send it back for a complete refund — no awkward questions.

We'd far rather you carry a piece you truly love than one that sits in the wardrobe.

Looked after well, your piece will stay with you for years. A few easy habits go a long way:

• A soft cloth, lightly dampened with water, is all a clean takes — skip solvents entirely.
• Give it room to breathe: an overpacked bag strains the seams, so lighten the load if the closure starts to resist.
• Keep perfumes, cosmetics, sanitiser and any alcohol- or solvent-based products at arm's length.
• Paler shades are the most delicate — be mindful of denim and other fabrics that can transfer their colour.
• Set it down gently; rough or abrasive surfaces are the quickest route to a scuff.

One reassurance: our leather is fully water-resistant. Where natural leather can stain or grow mould, yours simply shrugs off moisture.
